Registration and Payment Procedure

        Each camper desiring to attend Camp Taloali must register through our online program. Each family will create a profile that will keep records of their payments and camper information. All information will be kept confidential. At the end of the registration process, each camper will be asked for a deposit in order to hold their spot. Deposits must be a minimum of $100 for each one-week session.

        After the deposit is made, payments can be set up following Active Network’s design and families can pay as personal funds are available. If a camper is planning to apply for a campership, it must be noted on the registration in the appropriate place. If by the deadline date a campership has not been awarded to the camper, payment for camp must be paid in full or the spot will be reopened to other campers. Camp Taloali administration will be in close contact to all organizations offering camperships in order to ensure that communication takes place and all who receive camperships are marked as paid on the registration site. Funds received by check in the mail will be recorded by the Camp Taloali Administration in the Active Network program. Campers are welcome to solicit sponsors of their own choice. Camp fees can be paid for online in the child’s name or sent to the Camp Taloali administration by check.

        Payment can be made in full by credit card or with a $100 non-refundable deposit per camper per session upon registration completion. Please visit our store to make online payment.

Fee for weekend stay between sessions (Saturday-Sunday)  additional $70

Campership application deadline is May 1st.

Registration with minimum $100 deposit is May 1st.

Balance of camp fees are due before June 15th.

If registering after May 1st, FULL payment is due.

        Cancellation Policy: Due to the popularity of our camp and the challenge of filling spaces, and maintaining staff, refunds will be issued before May 1st minus the deposit. If cancellations are made after May 1st, no refund will be issued (unless a doctor’s certificate is provided in case of medical emergency).

        No refund will be issued for late arrivals, early arrivals, homesickness, or dismissal or voluntary withdrawal due to disciplinary action. Deposits and fees are non-transferable.
